If you’re interested on the good things, a quick Google query will give you tons of reviews going over the features in detail. But from what I can see, it looks like it almost doesn’t have much competition.
I don’t have an extensive idea on what is in the market to compare it against, as this is my first device ever. With more practice, it seems it’s not far fetched to go from zero to a full track in a matter of hours. The interface is very hands on that allows you to produce music very quickly and explore new sounds in an intuitive manner. I’ll go over shortly on the good things: It’s really self-contained, portable and you can produce music on the go. My experience with the Circuit Tracks has been overall fantastic, but I want to demand for more and put a fair bit of criticism on what it lacks or it could be improved. I got this device trying to get an “all in one” GrooveBox to be able to produce tracks in a self-contained manner and reduce software dependency. Playing, composing, producing, I’m still learning. I’m still really new to music in all senses.
